The La Cinuelica Residential Area

This Spanish La Cinuelica urbanisation is situated just 10 minutes south of Torrevieja within the Los Altos Area, very close to Punta Prima and is home to many Ex pats as well as the holiday homes to most North europeans. There is also a small amount of Spanish that live in this urbanisation.

Being an urbanization near to the N332 areas and within walking distance to the local beach, the La Cinuelica development is more convenient than other complexes in the area. Most of the building have a unique style that looks very Spanish, but are built to a high European standards.

Many open areas been protected with white gravel creating seating and public areas. There are several of these throughout the La Cinuelica Urbanisation.

Running Track

Recently a new running track has been added to the foot of La Cinuelica urbanisation and to included within the new football pitches (full size) and indoor swimming pool currently being built, next to Mercadona. So if your holiday to Spain is about getting fit and some sunshine, this may be right for you.
